Boarding takes place in Hotels in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro, in Centro, Barra da Tijuca, Recreio or at the GIG and SDU Airports, starting the journey to Marina Porto Real, in Mangaratiba. There, boarding is carried out on the Flex Boat that makes the crossing to Ilha Grande, disembarking at Vila do Abraão Pier.

Customers arriving in Rio de Janeiro, Santos Dumont Aiport (SDU) or RIOgaleão – Tom Jobim International Airport (GIG), will be welcomed by our reception team when disembarking the flight, which will lead them to boarding the transfer vehicle.

The land transfer is carried out in an executive car, minivan, van or minibus (depending on the number of passengers, the type of vehicle can’t be chosen by the passengers), and the sea section is carried out in a flexboat (fast boat), always guaranteeing comfort and quality.

​

The trip by land transport from Rio de Janeiro to Marina Porto Real takes around 2:30 hours and the sea crossing to Ilha Grande takes about 15 to 20 minutes. There is a 20 minute stop on the road so the passengers can go to the bathroom and have a snack.

Hours may change depending on the day’s traffic.

Shared Transfer does not work like a regular bus line with pre-established departures, schedules and routes. It is always necessary to book in advance to make this type of trip.

 

It is possible that during the trip, there will be stops for boarding and disembarking passengers.

In case of flight delay or missed transfer, passengers will be relocated on the next AVAILABLE transfer.

​

Children Policy:

• It is necessary to inform the children’s full name and ID when making the reservation;

• Free rate for children up to 03 years old.

 Service Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation cannot be made on or after the date of the service;

• Remember that you cannot request any type of refund if you do not show up to use the contracted service;

• Full refund*: Can only be made if the cancellation request is requested within 48 hours before the service is performed, after this period No Show will be charged (100% of the amount paid).

*In case of refunds, a PayPal administrative fee of approximately 5% of the total purchase price may be charged, deducted directly from the refunded amount.
